When purchasing an 1/8, the following cuts are included: round steaks, rump roast, sirloin steak, filets, NY strip steaks, ribeyes, chuck roast, ground beef, and your choice of flank OR skirt steak. For an additional cost, you have the option of purchasing a brisket ($50).
